Did you know...? is a blog that aims to provide additional information about physical activity and a healthy lifestyle that allows  the users of the page know the reason for my way of working and my recommendations.

We have to understand that training is a long process and that it is based on a series of principles. If the training planning takes them into account, we can progress little by little until we reach the objectives that we set ourselves at the beginning.

For quite some time, at the high level of the different team sports, physical preparation has been considered of vital importance to achieve the maximum performance of the players and the team. This is also due to the fact that the conception and methods of working the physical aspect have changed.
