WORK METHODOLOGY

Initial interview

It is vitally important for me to get to know you in order to plan a suitable training for both your needs and your possibilities. In addition, your sports, medical and injury history is essential to minimize risks and obtain the maximum benefits from sports practice.

Functional assessment

Initial assessment to be able to plan the training based on you:

- Stress test (cardiovascular work).

- Execution technique and 1 RM (strength work).

- Functional assessment (joint mobility, knee valgus, CMJ ...).

- Weight and height.

-  Body composition (waist-hip ratio).

Monthly valuation

We will be checking month by month the improvements and adaptations that you are going to achieve thanks to the training. 

To do this, we will do it through the well-known stress tests, 1 RM and body composition.

Individualized work

We are unique. Each one has its physical and morphological characteristics, as well as its own demands or needs. That is why the training has to adapt to the person and not the other way around.
